Lokesh Kanagaraj revealed in a recent interview that he came up with the story for “Leo” about 5 years ago, thinking of a different actor for the lead role.

But that casting plan didn’t work out. After collaborating closely with Thalapathy Vijay in the movie “Master,” Lokesh decided to create “Leo” with him to highlight Vijay’s acting skills.

However, the original actor Lokesh had in mind is still a secret, known only to Lokesh.

The movie has a bunch of famous actors in it, like Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Iyal, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, Mandonna Sebastian, Priya Anand, and others playing important roles.

Seven Screen Studio produced the film, and Anirudh Ravichander created the music.
