“Kavitha kalvakuntla Condemns False Credit: BJP vs. State Power”

Kavitha Kalvakuntla, a member of the BRS party in Telangana, strongly criticized G. Kishan Reddy, the BJP State leader, for falsely claiming credit for the continuous power supply in the state.
She told him to stop spreading lies and not attribute the state government’s achievements to the central government.
Recently, Kishan Reddy took to social media, saying that the Modi government was responsible for the uninterrupted power supply in Telangana, citing the NTPC thermal plant in Peddapalli district.
Telangana’s peak demand is 15500 MWs, this NTPC plant gives 680 MWs to Telangana.
Essentially that accounts to only 4% of power that Telangana utilises. @kishanreddybjp Anna … kindly stop spreading lies about how uninterrupted power is given by Central Government.

He claimed that the plant’s first phase producing 800 MW was ensuring low-cost power in the state.
In response, Kavitha kalvakuntla pointed out that while Telangana’s peak power demand was 15,500 MW, the NTPC plant provides only 680 MW, which is just 4% of the state’s power requirement.
She emphasized that the credit for the surplus power situation in the state should go to the efforts of KCR, the Chief Minister, and not to the central government.
That’s the gist of the article in simpler terms.
