janasena, pawan kalyan, pledges to win on YSRCP

Discussing a potential alliance with the Telugu Desam Party, Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan made a significant announcement on Friday, expressing his willingness to assume the role of Chief Minister in Andhra Pradesh. In his statement, he urged the people to rally against the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) in the upcoming elections.

Kalyan stated, “I am prepared to take on the responsibilities of Chief Minister following the formation of an YSRCP-free Andhra Pradesh in the next elections. If an opportunity arises for me to lead as Chief Minister in our political journey to unseat the YSRCP, I will certainly embrace it, but the welfare and prospects of our state take precedence.”

Pawan Kalyan handed over appointment papers to the newly appointed members of the state executive committee at the Janasena party’s central office in Mangalagiri. He also commended Nadendla Manohar, a member of the party’s political affairs committee, for his contributions.

“Janasena, which began with a mere 150 members, now boasts an impressive 650,000 active members. Nadendla Manohar plays a pivotal role within the party, engaging with our workers and leaders daily. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to him. The alliance between Janasena and the Telugu Desam Party is poised to triumph in the upcoming elections,” emphasized Kalyan.

Furthermore, he urged his supporters to labor diligently to unseat the YSRCP in the 2024 general elections and establish a Janasena-Telugu Desam Party government.

“I will prioritize our efforts to remove the YSRCP from power in the upcoming elections and shape the future of our state. I express my gratitude to all those who have been part of Janasena’s political journey for a decade and have consistently worked for the party’s progress,” he added.

Kalyan applauded the Janasena party workers for their unwavering dedication and service, highlighting their commitment even in challenging circumstances.

“It’s often said that a person’s true character emerges in adversity. I wish to extend my appreciation to all those who stood by me during the challenging times in the party. Many individuals initially joined with the expectation of power and positions but later departed. However, there were numerous others who remained steadfast and worked tirelessly for the party, even without holding official positions or power. I will forever cherish their dedication. It is imperative that we work together for the betterment of the state in 2024 and to dislodge the YSRCP,” Kalyan stated.

In closing, he emphasized the significance of the forthcoming elections, stressing, “It should be remembered that we are joining forces with the Telugu Desam Party in the upcoming elections for the sake of our state’s future.”
