The Andhra Pradesh government has announced a change in the Diwali festival holiday to November 13.

The Chief Secretary, KS Jawahar Reddy, issued a notice on Monday, stating that November 13 will now be considered a Diwali Festival holiday.

Previously, the holiday for Diwali was listed as November 12, a Sunday. However, some adjustments were made to the public holiday and optional holiday list. Consequently, November 13 has been designated as a public holiday instead of an optional one.
