The Covid-19 pandemic has hit many people hard, and the assistant director of the second unit of the Balika Vadhu TV series, Ram Vriksha Gaur, is the latest victim of the pandemic. With the entertainment industry almost non-functional and most things on hold, in the Azamgarh district of Uttar Pradesh, Ram is forced to sell vegetables for a living. Ram Vriksha came to Azamgarh for the shooting of the film, according to sources. And that's when he was announced the lockdown and he couldn't come out. It also delayed the project he was going to work on, and the producer said it would take another year or more to get back to work.
Ram then took over the business of his father and began selling vegetables on a handcart. He said he was familiar with the job and that he had no regrets. Ram Vriksha worked as an assistant director with Yashpal Sharma, Milind Gunaji, Rajpal Yadav, Randeep Hooda, and Sunil Shetty as film directors. When the pandemic set in, he was all set to start working on a Bhojpuri movie and then a Hindi film.
