As per PTI, Arunabh Kumar will get reduction from the Mumbai court docket citing the rationale ‘unexplained and unreasonable’ delay in submitting FIR. For the unversed, the previous worker complained on the Andheri Police station in 2017. He was charged underneath the Indian Penal Code Sections 354 A (inflicting sexual harassment) and 509 (phrase, gesture or act meant to insult the modesty of a girl).
