Entire Tamil Nadu is yet to come out of the tragic deaths of the Thutthukodi Sterlite protestors. Last month, 13 people who were protesting against the construction of the 2nd reactor of the Sterlite Copper plant in Thutthukodi were killed in a police firing.

The incident invited countrywide uproar and several Tamil film celebrities too had condemned the incident. Stars like Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth and Sarathkumar visited Thutthukodi and condoled the victims' families.

Following suit, star Tamil hero Ilayathalapathy Vijay today visited the grieving families of the Thutthukodi massacre. In an admirable gesture, Vijay silently reached Thutthukodi last night and went to the victims' families houses on a bike so as to not create any commotion by alerting his fans.

Vijay spent some time with the victims' family members and consoled them like a family member. He even donated 1 lakh to each family. Needless to say, Vijay's noble gesture is winning everyone's hearts and this news is going viral on social media.
