The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested the girlfriend of actor Arjun Rampal, Agisialos Demetriades' brother Gabriella Demetriades, after seizing Hashish and Alprazolam tablets from him. In the same case as Rhea Chakraborty, he has been arrested. He was in contact, according to the NCB, with several drug peddlers arrested in the case. Confirming the same, Sameer Wankhede, the NCB Zonal chief, said, "The defendant has been in contact with the Sushant-Rhea drug dealers. The defendant has a direct connection with the case, so he has been arrested." The NCB got his custody for two days.

The involvement of Agisialos Demetriades in drug trafficking came to light in the case through the arrest of other peddlers. The defendant was reportedly deliberately selling narcotics. Gabriella is Arjun Rampal's live-in girlfriend, and the couple have a son named Arik. On social media, they are quite active and are often seen sharing their beloved pictures with their fans. Arjun Rampal was previously married to Mehr Jessia and has two grown-up daughters, Mihikaa and Myra, from his first marriage.
