Bollywood actor Sonu Sood who is known for doing villain roles in Tollywood is one of the real-life heroes as he is the only celebrity to stand at the forefront in helping the people during the Covid-19 crisis. Be it during the first wave or second wave of Corona, Sonu Sood has been in the news all because of his kind deeds. Sonu Sood also received some backlashes on social media platforms even though he has been giving a helping hand to the needy selflessly.
But recently, the official Twitter account of District Magistrate and Collector, Ganjam trolled Sonu for his recent oxygen bed to a needy person. The Twitter account slammed Sonu Sood by claiming that his foundation didn’t contact them to arrange a bed for a person in need, but took credit for it. “We don’t received any communication from @SoodFoundation or @SonuSood. Requested patient is in Home isolation and stable. No bed issues @BrahmapurCorp is monitoring it. @CMO_Odisha,” tweeted District Magistrate and Collector, Ganjam.
But Sonu Sood gave a humble reply saying that he has never claimed to have contacted the DM in the first place and also attached the screenshots.
“Sir, We never claimed that we approached you, it’s the needy who approached us & we arranged the bed for him, attatched are the chats for your reference.Ur office is doing a great job & u can double check that we had helped him too.Have DM you his contact details. Jai hind ,” tweeted Sonu Sood by sharing the screenshots of his conversation with the person in need.
At the same time, there are more allegations in circulation that Sonu Sood is getting funds from Singapore and he is planning something big. Meanwhile, the netizens are at least happy that the actor is trying his best when the governments are least responding.
