Rhea’s Lawyer- ‘ SSR’s Family Is Interfering And Tampering The CBI Investigation’

Satish Manshinde, Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer, has expressed concern about the family of Sushant Singh Rajput and their lawyer. “It is alarming to learn that the SSR family and its lawyers interfere and exploit the investigations by placing pressure on the AIIMS team of doctors by talking to them during investigations and leaking suspected audio recorded conversations and details to the media to put pressure on and influence potential witnesses,” in a statement he disclosed, " The SSR family lawyer is supposed to have said that he is going to meet the Director of the CBI to get the predetermined course of SSR death investigations for the family. Reading such information in the media is very troubling as efforts are being made to achieve a pre-determined outcome in the case.” He added, "Any more attempts to intervene and tamper with the inquiries will be brought to the attention of the relevant courts," voicing that potential intervention could cause legal trouble.

Based on Rhea Chakraborty 's complaint against Sushant Singh Rajput 's sisters Priyanka and Meetu Singh, Satish Manshinde also spoke about the FIR filed by the Bandra police. " 'The Bandra Police registered a case against Rhea Chakraborty 's allegations against the Sisters of SSR in relation to the unlawful administration of medicinal products on the basis of a forged prescription which could be the cause of the death of Sushant and transferred it to the CBI on 9 Sept. 2020, in compliance with the orders of the SC."  The family is therefore also facing investigations in the case. On August 19, 2020, the SC authorised a CBI inquiry into the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput, registered in Patna and directed transfer of any case reported on the death of SSR to CBI in the circumstances of his unnatural death.

The senior advocate, expressing confidence in the Central Bureau of Investigation's inquiry, added, "The CBI is investigating both cases independently and impartially. The CBI is meant to be isolated and free of interference."
