Nick Jonas called his mother after just three dates with Priyanka Chopra and told her that he had found 'that one.' Less than two months later, when they were on a romantic getaway in Greece, he raised the issue. In two magnificent ceremonies on December 1 and 2, 2018, the couple tied the knot. On Tuesday, as Priyanka and Nick celebrate two years of married bliss, here's an oh-so-adorable revelation she made about him last year in an interview. Priyanka told MediaOnline of Nick's 'super sweet' but slightly 'awkward' habit in the bedroom. "Actually, it's really annoying, but when I wake up, he insists on looking at my face. I'm like, Wait for a minute," she had said, "Let me just go get a little mascara on let me put on my moisturiser." “I’m like, sleepy-eyed face right now, but he’s just … it’s amazing and super sweet. That’s what you want your husband to do. But it’s also, like, a little awkward. OK. He’s like, ‘Let me stare at you, you aren’t even conscious yet.’ Like, literally, I’m not even, I’m not joking. It’s really wonderful,” she had added.
Priyanka and Nick announced their first joint project last year, days after their first wedding anniversary, an Amazon Prime show inspired by their own sangeet ceremony, which they will be executive producers of. The unscripted series will show selected couples' journey as they prepare for their wedding and an epic night of sangeet. They'll be helped by a team of celebrity choreographers, stylists, and creative directors. Priyanka is now shooting for Jim Strouse's Text For You in the UK. Her next release is We Can Be Heroes, by Robert Rodriguez, in which she plays the antagonist. On January 1, 2021, the children's film will be out on Netflix.
