Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) working president P. Rakesh Reddy has stated that the State Andhra Pradesh can be granted Particular Class Standing (SCS) if the Congress returns to energy on the Centre.

Mr. Rakesh Reddy, who’s touring the North Andhra area, held overview conferences with the occasion cadre in 22 of the 35 Meeting constituencies within the area.
