In Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad district, a guy who had been proclaimed 'dead' by medics was discovered alive after being placed in the mortuary freezer for almost seven hours. After getting hit by a motorcycle in Moradabad, Srikesh Kumar, 45, was brought to the hospital in critical condition. He was subsequently sent to a private hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving. 

"The emergency medical officer examined him," the hospital's medical superintendent, Rajendra Kumar, stated. He declared him dead because he found no signs of life." The body was placed in the morgue freezer until his family arrived six hours later, according to the doctor. He was discovered alive when a police team and his family arrived to begin the paperwork for the autopsy, he added. 

The 45-year-old was still in a coma, Kumar added, and was having intensive treatment. He went on to say, "This is nothing less than a miracle." 

 "The emergency medical officer had seen the patient at roughly 3 a.m. and there was no heartbeat," Moradabad chief medical superintendent, Dr Shiv Singh, said in an article by The Times of India. He stated that he had examined the man on several occasions. As a result, he was pronounced dead.  A police unit and his family spotted him alive early the next morning. A probe has been ordered, and our top priority is to preserve his life right now." 

Kumar's circumstance is the "rarest of the rare," according to Singh. He described the problems he had when pronouncing someone dead. He believes that such challenges can lead to unexpected results. He advocated waiting till all findings are available before calling it medical negligence. 

 The man was sent to a medical institution in Meerut after he was discovered alive. He has not yet regained consciousness, but he is not in danger, according to medics. Meanwhile, family has made the decision to submit a complaint against the doctors at the Moradabad district hospital.
