Arjun Kapoor recently completed ten years in the film industry. To mark the occasion, the actor treated himself to a swanky 4 bedroom-hall-kitchen sky-villa in one of Mumbai’s posh locales in Bandra. Arjun's girlfriend Malaika Arora also lives nearby. According to reports, the actor has paid Rs 20 crore to Rs 23 crore for the flat in Bandra, which houses the residences of some of the biggest names in Bollywood like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Ranbir Kapoor, among others.

ARJUN KAPOOR BUYS NEW FLAT IN BANDRA

Arjun Kapoor, who is currently basking in the success of his films Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar and Sardar Ka Grandson, has bought a new flat in Mumbai. According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, the sea-facing property is at the 26 storey-tall 81 Aureate in Bandra West. Sonakshi Sinha owns a sky-villa at the same property. While there is no confirmation about the precise amount paid by the actor for the flat, it is estimated to be around Rs 20-23 crore.

Arjun told Film Companion, "I don't try and be overtly talkative about my personal life, because I feel you should respect your partner, and there is a past there… And I've been in that situation where I've seen things pan out publicly and it's not always very nice, because there are kids affected."

On the work front, Arjun Kapoor was last seen in Netflix's Sardar Ka Grandson, which also stars Neena Gupta in the lead role. The film received mixed reviews from the audience and critics alike. His another film, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, which is directed by Dibakar Banerjee, however, is garnering praises from all quarters. The film, which hit theatres in March this year, was released on Amazon Prime Video in May. Arjun is seen opposite Parineeti Chopra in the film.

Talking about upcoming films of Arjun Kapoor, he has Pavan Kirpalani’s Bhoot Police in the pipeline. The actor has recently wrapped up the first schedule of Mohit Suri’s Ek Villain Returns along with John Abraham, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria.
