Although the mysterious and tragic decline prompted a few to make films, Rhea Chakraborty may be the plot of a few upcoming films in the near future, according to recent reports. The Sushant Singh Rajput case and those closely associated with it have captured eyeballs not only in India, but globally, according to a recent article in the Mumbai Mirror.

The report revealed, given this recognition, that a few filmmakers are keen to make Rhea Chakraborty and her life the focus of their next film. Multiple filmmakers are considering the biopics. Not only that, the report also notes that there might also be a documentary on the actress in the making. In the meantime, a publishing house is also keen on roping the actress in the hope that in a tell-all book she dishes out information. Currently, after being detained by the Narcotics Control Bureau on drug acquisition and consumption, Rhea Chakraborty is lodged in the women's prison in Byculla, Mumbai. Her bail petition was denied and the actress has now applied for an appeal in the High Court of Bombay. Whilst the hearing was scheduled to take place last week, the hearing was postponed by heavy rains in Mumbai. On 29 September, Tuesday, Bombay HC is scheduled to hear Rhea and brother Showik Chakraborty 's bail plea.
