NEW DELHI: On Saturday, the Indian Army shot down a Pakistani army quadcopter in Jammu and Kashmir's Keran sector along the Line of Control. Around 8 a.m., the Pakistani quadcopter, manufactured by the Chinese company DJI Mavic 2, was shot down while flying near the Indian positions. The Indian Army has been on high alert against attempts by Pakistan to infiltrate terrorists or carry out attacks by the Border Action Team (BAT) on Indian positions. Recently, Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Naravane said that Pakistan was trying to continue pushing terrorists into the Indian Territory with its nefarious plans. He, however, added that the Indian troops had effectively foiled these attempts.
Before the snowfall closed all possible routes of infiltration on the border, Pakistan was trying to force through terrorists.
