The BJP SC Morcha is organising a 48-hour demonstration exterior the Collectorate in Guntur from December 26 morning in protest towards the Jagan Mohan Reddy authorities’s anti-Dalit insurance policies. It is going to be led by BJP State president Somu Veerraju. 

SC Morcha State normal secretary M. Prem Kumar stated in a press launch that varied mortgage schemes supplied to the Scheduled Castes (SCs) had been confined to rhetoric, as a consequence of which these communities needed to run from pillar to put up to boost loans for his or her petty companies and a few livelihood programmes, however in useless. Apart from, there have been no jobs for lakhs of youth belonging to the SCs. 

SC colonies don’t have any primary infrastructure resembling roads and drains and their small land holdings had been snatched by the federal government on varied pretexts. Bodily assaults on the SCs had been rising as the federal government turned a blind eye to such incidents. 

Of the ₹1,60,000 crore given by the Central authorities for SC welfare schemes, A.P. received ₹32,000 crore, which was apparently diverted by the State for different functions, Mr. Prem Kumar added.
