The Andhra Pradesh excessive courtroom on Thursday directed the state authorities to represent a committee with the Central authorities officers for the inspection of the works on Rushikonda in Visakhapatnam.

The courtroom had dismissed the five-member committee constituted by the state authorities which included three officers representing the State authorities.

The excessive courtroom questioned the state authorities for having its personal officers within the committee that was anticipated to examine the excavation on Rushikonda.

The courtroom requested the State authorities to present the names of the 5 officers of the Central authorities and ask them to submit their findings to the excessive courtroom by January 31, 2023.

TDP MLA from Visakhapatnam Velagapudi Ramakrishna and Jana Sena chief Murthy Yadav have filed a case within the excessive courtroom requesting the courtroom to cease the excavation work on Rushikonda.

The courtroom had earlier after the preliminary listening to directed the state authorities to represent an knowledgeable committee to examine the excavation works on the hill.
