Anil 'Evergreen' Kapoor refuses to age, and with his healthy lifestyle, even at 63, he continues to inspire everyone. In his latest Instagram post, Anil Kapoor opened up about his struggle while suffering from Achilles’ tendon and how he slowly accepted the process of working towards recovery. The Achilles tendon connects calf muscles to the heel bone and when injured, causes difficulty in walking, running and other sports.

“I had been suffering from an Achilles’ tendon issue for over 10 years…. Doctors around the world had told me that surgery was my only option…Dr Muller, through a series of rejuvenating treatments took me from limping to walking to running to finally skipping…without any surgery…” shared Anil Kapoor along with a series of pictures of him skipping and also posing with his doctor. Recently, Anil Kapoor was often snapped working with his trainer when lockdown norms were eased. The actor had also posted post-workout pictures on Instagram, winning huge praise for his commitment to a fit lifestyle. On the job front, Anil Kapoor will be seen essaying a pivotal role in ‘Takht’.
