VIJAYAWADA: The excessive court docket on Monday issued notices to the state authorities within the PIL difficult allotment of land for YSRC workplace at Rajupalem in Anakapalle district. The court docket directed the principal secretary for income, commissioner of land administration, Anakapalle district collector, tahsildar, YSRC basic secretary, and district president to file counter affidavits.

Arguing on behalf of the petitioners, M Ravindra advised the court docket that the mentioned land was categorized as ‘Gayalu lands’ that are supposed for frequent utility of the village.
Contemplating the arguments, the excessive court docket bench headed by Chief Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra and Justice DVSS Somayajulu directed the respondents to file counter affidavits.
