Amravati: Fatima Sheikh, India’s first girl Muslim trainer, is now being acknowledged by the Andhra Pradesh Authorities which has launched a lesson on her contributions within the college textbooks of sophistication eight.

Born on January 9, 1831, Fatima Sheikh is thought to have given shelter to Jyotirao Phule and Savitribai Phule in 1848 at her residence in Poona. The well-known social reformer couple was campaigning in opposition to the caste system and was disbanded by their households.
